I hit rock bottom living the life of a perfectionist people pleaser - took me a moment to craft that one 😅.
From having a relatively calm and undisturbed (aka well-controlled) life to going through divorce, financial crises, 75 days in ICE detention, mental breakdown, physical deterioration, identity crisis, and the withering effects of an unbalanced life, I have learned and been humbled much.
In letting go I have been given so much in return.
Some of my roles include: teacher, photographer, entrepreneur, musician, and writer.
I grew up in the Christian community, battled with difficult questions, found interesting insights within the spirituality community, and later became re-enchanted with the wonder and mystery of that which really has no name, Whom many of us call God. Throughout life, I have explored many beautiful places and experienced the presence of the Divine in many real and profound ways.
For those who think they're not good enough or are not ready or qualified to show up: we have a story to share, and something unique that only we can bring. So let's bring it! Time to show up for ourselves and for those around us!
